The registration fee includes:

Hotel fee: 130.00 € (per night)

• Hotel accommodation for three nights from Monday, September 21 to Thursday, September 24, 2009
• Breakfast (Tuesday to Thursday)

Conference fee: 660.00 € (for four days)

• Lunch including two non-alcoholic drinks (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Dinner at the Park Hotel including two non-alcoholic drinks (Monday and Wednesday)
• Two special events including dinner (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Conference package (workshop material, soft drinks and coffee breaks)

And for you to relax after a long conference day there is a 1,200 square-meter Spa-area for fitness, wellness and beauty, which is also included in the fee.

If you stay only one or two nights the registration fee will be reduced by the price of the hotel room. If you wish to stay longer you can book additional nights for € 150.00.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Surcharge for double room
• Breakfast
• Lunch including two non-alcoholic drinks (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Dinner/special events (Monday to Thursday)

If accompanying persons do not want to participate in lunch nor dinner/special events at the Park Hotel they do not have to register as an accompanying person. In this case, they only have to pay the 50.00 € surcharge for the double room (standard double room) instead of the 150.00 € (per day) for full participation.

Cancellation:
Written cancellations received before August 17, 2009 will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations after August 17, 2009 will not result in refunds.

On-Site Registration Office
Registration will be open from 12:00 am -7:00 pm on Monday, September 21, at the conference hotel. Registration will be open every day of the conference starting at 8:00.
